Creating a copy order

How to create a copy Order

If you are wanting to duplicate an order, with all of the same order details and items, you are in the right place:

1. Find the original order

Go to order overview and search for the order number that you would like to copy:

2.  Select the order

Once you have located the original order, select it on the left hand side:

3. Copy the Order

From the bulk actions drop down menu, select 'copy order' and click 'GO'

4. Check your details

The copy will create immediately, check the order overview again for the new order (it will be the original order number with a '-COPY' at the end) check that the order is in new (and hasn't gone on to back order) and then check that the order details are all correct.
