Goods in: Creating an Advanced Shipment Notification (ASN)


An ASN is needed to ensure your stock is booked into our system correctly and on time to be able to process your orders.
If an ASN is not added to Mintsoft or added incorrectly, you are at risk of delays with your stock being available, picking errors, stock discrepancies and invoice issues .  


Instructions:

1. Manually Create an Advanced Shipment Notification (ASN): 

1. Log into your portal at https://system.ogdenfulfilment.co.uk 
2. On the left hand panel, select: Warehouse > Create ASN


3. Select Warehouse
4. Input the Estimated Delivery Date
5 Select Delivery Type
6. Input Delivery Quantity
7. Add and further information in the comments section.....e.g.: Carrier and Tracking Number (if available)
9. Click Next



2. Adding Products Manually:

10. Select existing SKU from the drop down menu
11. Add quantity
12. Click Add



3. Adding Products via CSV:

13. From the 'Create ASN' page - select upload items





14. Download the Template & fill in all the necessary fields, save as a CSV and close 
15. Click choose file and Upload your CSV
16. Click Upload














17. Click Create ASN.

4. Requesting a Delivery Slot:

18. Once your ASN is created, if your delivery is more than 9 cartons, arriving on pallets or a container, you must email us to book in your delivery by emailing support@ogdenfulfilment.co.uk or you will be at risk of your delivery being refused at the warehouse.
