Below is a list of Order Statuses within Mintsoft, along with a brief description of each.

Yes but you at risk of the order being processed before we see the request

The order has been created on the system and all the stock has been allocated.

PRINTED

Sometimes - Depending on how busy the warehouse is.

The dispatch note for the order has been printed and is with the picking and packing teams.

CANCELLED

Can be uncancelled

Can be uncancelled

The order has been cancelled and all stock has been returned.

DESPATCHED

No

Sometimes - Depending on how busy the warehouse is, if it is possible, the order will need to be returned on Mintsoft and a copy order raised.

The order has been despatched.

INVOICED

No

No

Internal status only - The order is now fully complete on Mintsoft.

INVOICEDFAILED

No

No

Internal status only - The order is now fully complete on Mintsoft, we are just awaiting the courier price to enter manually.

FAILED

No

Orders will need to be either imported again or entered manually

Rare status is used when there is an issue with the system and the order could not be created. The administrator will be notified.

ONBACKORDER

Yes

The order has been placed on backorder awaiting new stock.

AWAITINGCONFIRMATION

No

Yes

The order is awaiting confirmation before it continues. 

QUERYRAISED

Sometimes depending on the status of the order before the query is raised.

The order has a query against it that needs to be resolved before it can be processed (For example Stock Issue).

PACKANDHOLD

The order has been picked and packed but is currently on hold (Pre-order, receiver chose a specific date).

There is a fraud risk marked against the order (Usually this is coming from an external order integration).

Unable to pick items for any reason using the app, then it is possible to skip that item from being picked.

PACKED

The order has been packed and currently awaiting dispatch.

AWAITINGREPLEN

No

There are items on the order that need to be replenished before they can be dispatched.
