Importing a manual order using a CSV
Manually Import Orders via CSV:
As well as creating a manual order you can upload orders in bulk using a CSV
There are two different templates you can download to upload new orders via a CSV:
Single Order Per Line: Each additional product for an order is kept on the same row (line) on the spreadsheet, going horizontally across.
Multi Order per Line: Each new product for an order is placed on an additional row (line) on the spreadsheet, going vertically down. The system links each line based on the Order ID column and auto-merge together.
Download the template you need to fill out to be able to create the order(s)
1. In Mintsoft go to orders and then upload new order
2. From the upload order page, select MuliLineOrderTemplate or SingleOrderPerLine from the spreadsheet type and press select:
3. Click on Download Template:
Fill out the template
1. Enter the order details in the spreadsheet, as you can see from the example use each line for each item, so if the first order has 6 items, you will need 6 lines for that order. You then continue with the second order immediately below. Once completed, save the spreadsheet ready to upload.
You only must populate address details on the first line of data for each order.
Upload the template
1. Make sure the warehouse is set to the warehouse your stock is held at
2. Click on choose file and the choose the spreadsheet you have just filled out
