How to cancel an Order

To see what orders can be cancelled, please see the Order status definitions and meanings Article

Orders can only be cancelled by you directly if the order is in 'New status' or 'Back order status'

Cancelling orders yourself immediately, gives you more chance of catching an order before it is processed as sending in an email can cause delays

Cancelling an order directly

To cancel single or multiple orders in Mintsoft, please do the following:

1. In Mintsoft Click Orders then Overview.
   

2. Search for the order you are wanting to cancel
   

   

3. Tick one or more orders that require cancelling

4. Select Cancel from the bulk actions dropdown menu

5. Finally, click Go.

If you can not cancel the order in Mintsoft, the order has already been processed and can no longer be cancelled by yourselves, you can request this by emailing support. But Please be aware this might not be possible and I suggest you request your customer to refuse delivery and it will be returned to the warehouse by the carrier.
